- Offer a higher-than-average Realtor’s commission. It’s more likely they’ll have the buyer’s ear and can influence them.
- Video the home!!! Highlight all the special aspects and show your home’s interesting details. Your Realtor will do his/her own, but you can do one too. After all, you do know the home more intimately!
- Ask for feedback on the property then make corrections if needed.
